Sreeleela started her career in 2018. Her debut Kannada film Kiss is opposite Viraat. It is a romantic Kannada film that was released on 27 September 2019. This movie stars Sreeleela, Viraat, Chikkanna, Apoorva Gowda, Sadhu Kokila, H. G. Dattatreya. The film explores young love between Nandini, a young college student who holds on traditional values, and Arjun, a rich, carefree guy. Kiss movie was directed by A. P. Arjun and produced by V. Ravi Kumar. Music composed by V. Harikrishna and Adi Hari. Actress Mayuri Kyatari dubbed Sreeleela dialogues. This movie completed a 100-day theatrical hit and was commercially successful at the box office. A.p. Arjun, director of this film, said to make a sequel to Kiss.
Later, she got an opportunity in a movie called Bharaate opposite Sriimurali. The movie stars are Sriimurali, Sreeleela, Tara, Rangayana Raghu, Giri Shivanna, Suman, Sai Kumar, P.
