Career
Ritu Varma was born on 10th March 1990 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She was brought up in Hyderabad and graduated from Malla Reddy College, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. South Indian actress Rituvarma entered the Telugu industry with the film Badshah. In this movie, Ritu Varma plays the role of Kajal’s sister. Later she did minor roles in films like Prema Ishq Kaadhal, Naa Rakumarudu, Evade Subrahmanyam, for which Ritu Varma was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress award at IIFA Utsavam. But did not get much recognition.
Later, she got the female lead in Tarun Bhaskar’s Pelli Choopulu movie opposite Vijay Devarakonda. This movie was written and directed by Tharun Bhascker and produced by Raj Kandukuri and Yash Rangineni under BigBen Cinemas, Dharmapatha Creations. Music composed by Vivek Sagar.
